This is an apprenticeship, not a course.

Most TEFL programmes give you two or three classroom sessions and call it practical experience. The Classroom Apprenticeship is structured around more than 25 counted teaching moments — each one observed, each one debriefed. You build real classroom confidence through repetition and feedback, not through hours of sitting and listening.

Tier 1 — Peer Practice

Low stakes, high frequency. Teach your cohort. Get comfortable standing in front of people, managing time, and recovering from mistakes before the real thing.

Tier 2 — Structured Role-Play

Peers take on student roles. You plan lessons properly, manage a class dynamic, and receive structured feedback after every session.

Tier 3 — Real Cambodian Students

The moments that actually matter. You teach real children in a real school. A trainer observes and debriefs every session.
