This programme is for existing TEFL holders.

The Fast Track is designed for candidates who already hold a recognised 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate and want real classroom experience before placement — not more theory. To qualify you’ll need to be a native or near-native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, or South Africa, aged 20 or older, with a clear criminal record and in good health.

Certificate eligibility check required

Not all TEFL certificates qualify. A minimum 120-hour certificate from a recognised provider is required. Universal TEFL and Teacher Record certificates are not accepted. Use the checker below to confirm your certificate qualifies, or contact admissions directly — we’ll confirm eligibility promptly and without pressure.

How the three weeks work.

Week 1 — Trainer Input

Structured sessions with your trainer. Lesson planning calibrated to a Cambodian classroom context, classroom management refresher, and peer practice sessions to warm up before entering the school.

Weeks 2 & 3 — Observed Teaching

You teach real Cambodian students. A trainer observes every session and debriefs with you after each one. This is where the certificate becomes competence.

Everything in the three weeks.

  • One week of structured trainer input sessions
  • Two weeks of observed classroom teaching with real students
  • Trainer feedback after every observed session
  • Lesson planning support throughout
  • Integration with a Siem Reap teaching practice school
  • Placement support — continues until you are hired
  • CV preparation and interview coaching
  • Cambodia placement — no degree required
  • Degree required for Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia placements
