For the past five years, Destination TEFL has been at the heart of teacher training in Cambodia, helping aspiring educators gain the skills and confidence to teach English worldwide. From classroom-ready training to community impact, we’re proud to celebrate our journey and the difference we’ve made. 🌏✨

📚 1. Empowering 500+ ESL Teachers

Since launching in Cambodia in 2020, Destination TEFL has trained over 500 ESL teachers, equipping them with practical teaching experience, internationally recognized certification, and the confidence to succeed in schools across Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, China, and beyond.

Our mission has always been clear: Train world-class teachers who are prepared, passionate, and ready to make an impact.

🏫 2. Making a Difference at Children’s Dream Community School

One of our most impactful collaborations was with Children’s Dream Community School. During this period, our TEFL trainees not only gained hands-on teaching experience but also helped improve the school’s English curriculum, provided structured lessons, and introduced modern teaching methodologies to local educators.

Though our time with the school has come to an end, we are honored to have played a role in their journey and remain committed to supporting more educational initiatives in Cambodia.

🚀 4. Adapting to Change & Staying Ahead

The past five years haven’t been without challenges—from navigating the pandemic’s impact on travel and education to adapting to shifting industry trends.

To stay ahead, we launched the Fast Track TEFL Program, designed for teachers who have completed an online TEFL certificate but lack real classroom teaching experience.
